Sync Camp Cannes
The European Sync Camp Cannes is a two-day camp that will take place in the week from 16-20 June, 2025. Hosted near the beautiful city of Cannes, the camp connects the European music industry with the international advertising world. Organized by Scholz & Friends Sounds and Neva Land Music - and supported by LiveMX and the European Union, the camp offers open slots for professional producers, songwriters, and artists looking to create music for advertising. Selected participants will be invited to take part in the camp, with all accommodation, equipment and food and drinks covered.

WHAT IS THE EUROPEAN SYNC CAMPS?
The European Sync Camps bridges the gap between the local European music industries and the international advertising industry – by facilitating high-quality song camp events at selected European music conferences together with local and international partners.
The songwriting camps combine music creation, production and networking, and bring together a diverse range of creative professionals from both the music and the advertising world.
The European Sync Camps is a collaboration between:
Scholz & Friends Sounds – an in-house music agency of WPP owned German advertising agency Scholz & Friends – is making sure to involve exciting and fitting brands and campaigns that are in the need of commercial music in genres such as pop / hip-hop / electronic / indie.
Neva Land Music – an full-service artist management and consultancy agency based in the Netherlands representing several international vocalists, songwriters and producers.
The European Sync Camps collaborates with brands to curate the right projects and develop detailed briefings, which will be presented at the start of the sync camps. Full campaign details, including budget and timeline, will be shared during the event.
The European Sync Camps is supported by LiveMX and the European Union.
WHO CAN APPLY?
Application is open to professional producers, songwriters and artists who want to create music for advertising.
The European Sync Camp Cannes will have open slots for applicants.

WHAT’S NEXT?
The European Sync Camps in Cannes will be held as a two-day camp in the week from 16-20 June. Exact dates will be announced shortly.
The camp will officially start with participant arrivals in the morning, followed by a briefing session, where advertising pand professionals and music supervisors will introduce the brand campaigns and provide space for questions.
On the second day, the focus will shift to sessions and workshops, where teams of 2-3 music creatives will collaborate in high-quality studio rooms, developing their initial ideas into demos and layouts.
The camp will conclude in the evening with a final listening party, where participants will present and share their work.
